1. Satisfaction Guarantee

We believe in the quality of our recordings and our player experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with ClaraNarratio, we want to make it right. We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on all new subscriptions.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

To request a refund, please contact us at support@claranarratio.com within 14 days of your initial purchase or monthly renewal. Please include your account email address. We review requests promptly and process eligible refunds back to the original payment card.

3. Billing Cycle & Renewals

Subscriptions automatically renew every month. While we encourage users to cancel before their renewal date if they no longer wish to use the service, we understand that renewals can sometimes be overlooked. If you request a refund within 3 days of a renewal charge, we will gladly reverse the charge, no questions asked.

4. Abuse Policy

We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we detect clear signals of account abuse (for example, downloading an entire library of books and immediately requesting a refund multiple times).
