To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete information, and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
We offer a paid subscription plan ("Premium") that provides unlimited access to our audiobooks library. Billing is handled on a recurring monthly basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Upon cancellation, your Premium access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
Our library consists of public-domain literary works. However, the custom recordings, digital formats, brand design, layout, code, text, graphics, and narration files are the property of ClaraNarratio and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to stream and download audio for personal, non-commercial use only.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClaraNarratio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use our Service.
